Modern Apartment - Architectural Model

This was a fantastic project to work on for Ockham Investments. These modern apartments can be seen directly across the road from Eden Park on Sandringham Rd. The challenge was they were already built, so we had to keep the look as close as possible to the newly completed building, and scale it way down to 1:100.

There were many design features to include, like the front entrance and side weave made of native Totara. Marble tile entrance and stylish courtyard and planter boxes. Cast concrete reed pattern on the side elevations, and reed pattern on gate to ground floor car park. The client was happy with the completed model, set on a base of Totara used as a feature through out the apartments.
